Agreed
I still think though that a newsletter sign up offering can do more than a tell a friend technique. You get to remind your once reader that you have something new with the same quality they got accustomed to.
Bulding a quality reputation is solid foundation for an online business continuity

makes sense, but it is the hardest and longest way to go though.Good content cannot be argued but seeing the rate the web is growing(millions of pages added every day) is a turbulent ocean where lots of good fish can be lost and unseen.so that cool,unusual,thought-out-of-the box luring technique can help

Thanks Joe. As the authority on content marketing, you've been ahead of the curve. I completely agree that engaging prospects with useful and relevant content is what they've come to expect -- and demand -- as the marketing model evolves. Buyers are smart and well-researched. They usually know what they're looking for. Good content gives them greater understanding, and the confidence to make a well-informed decision...

Thanks Casey; I agree completely. The layered approach makes perfect sense because it allows buyers to consume as much or as little information as they want. And as you say, most of them will devour everything. So it's essential to make it available, and they can take their research from there...

Good point Jeff!

I once had a sales coach tell me that my prospects would probably read every word I give them. And I agree. I often find Web sites where I'm buying don't have enough info for my needs.

Buyers need a lot of info. If companies are afraid of bombarding audiences, a layered Web approach is pretty effective. They see some intro information and then choose from various options for more details.

Sound thinking, thanks for the post, when engaging with and increasing the advocacy of influencers remember there are ones external to the prospective customer as well as the internal ones. You might find this new book an insightful read - www.influencerMarketingBook.com
